Our goal is to take great care of kids' teeth and make sure every child in our community can have a healthy smile. We know how important your child's health is to you, and we feel the same way. Our team includes expert board-certified pediatric dentists who specialize in treating kids.
Unfortunately, there are many kids who need dental care, but there aren't enough dentists for everyone to get help right away. This can mean some kids have to wait a long time for treatment.. Because of this, kids who really need dental care might not get it until their problems become more serious.
Here at Cincy Pediatric Dentistry, we're working hard to change that. We've brought together caring and skilled dentists who are really good at working with kids, even those who need special care. We believe in making sure every child gets the dental care they need without a long wait, no matter what kind of treatment they need.
We proudly accept Caresource and can work with uninsured families and families with other types of insurances. We are committed to breaking down financial barriers to ensure that all children, regardless of their insurance status, have access to the care they need.
Our commitment to exceptional care for young patients who require the specialized approach of general anesthesia for their dental treatments.
We work with other dentists the community to find and coordinate the care for children in need of dental treatment under general anesthesia.
While we specialize in dental care under general anesthesia, we do not provide long-term comprehensive dental home services or ongoing care for children. Our role is to address acute dental needs in a specialized setting, after which werecommend that children return to their primary dental providers for continuous and preventive care.

The vision is to work alongside community providers to build a network capable of supporting timely care for all children, ensuring that no child has to endure pain or delay in receiving dental treatments. The decision to utilize general anesthesia is not taken lightly. It is arrived at through a careful, collaborative process involving experienced pediatric dental practitioners. These professionals possess deep knowledge of child-specific dental issues and are adept at considering all possible care alternatives.
Parents and guardians are integral to this process; we ensure they are fully informed about the risks, benefits, and available options, engaging in open and thorough discussions. This ensures that when the decision is made to proceed with general anesthesia, it is with the clear objective of preventing infection, alleviating pain, and preserving the child’s dental health in the most considerate and safe manner possible.
Oral health plays a vital role in a child's life. Healthy teeth are essential not just for a bright smile but for eating, concentrating, sleeping well, and building self-confidence. Untreated decay can lead to pain, infection, and difficulties in school, affecting a child's overall well-being and development.
By addressing dental health issues early, we see children transform—relief for them and their parents is achievable. Our goal is to ensure every child enjoys the benefits of good oral health, allowing them to thrive in all aspects of their lives.
Together, let's prioritize our children's dental care, ensuring they have every reason to smile confidently and live life to its fullest.
Again, our organization only works through the referral from another dentist. We do not take patients directly. Please speak with your dentist. If you do not have one, please see the list below for clinics in the Cincinnati area.
